What we need from you first

- Headers and example dummy row, without contacts or bank data
Never send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential code in the first enquiry. Secure handover is agreed after scoping.
How we check it is done
- One disposable Sheet row creates exactly one Xero draft invoice with all five agreed mapped values
- Running the same test event again does not create a second draft without a new source row
You inspect the named test result and sign off before payment. Your authorised account holder performs and verifies any live change.
When we would stop or decline
- Xero API account lacks permission to create a draft
- The owner expects a many-to-many product catalogue transformation rather than five mapped fields
Questions
Will the invoice be emailed?
No. The acceptance check stops at a draft invoice in a test or demo organisation.
What if the Zap never starts?
That is a trigger failure; we would quote it separately after checking Zap history.
